Welcome to BarberBook. These terms explain the rules for using our app, whether you book appointments as a client, work as a barber, or run a barber shop.

1. Your account

You must give accurate details when you register and verify your email address. Keep your password private — you are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you see it in My bookings. Prices are shown in AED and are set by each shop or independent barber. Please arrive on time; shops and barbers may release your slot after 10 minutes.

3. Cancellations & rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule from My bookings. Shops and barbers may cancel in an emergency and must give a reason, which we share with you.

4. Shops and barbers

Shop owners are responsible for their services, prices, opening hours and staff. Barbers, including independent barbers not working in a shop, must keep their services, location, schedule and availability up to date.

5. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on a real visit. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake or unrelated to the service.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to access other accounts, or post harmful content. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. Fees & future paid features

BarberBook is currently free to use. We may introduce fees, subscriptions or paid features in the future. If we do, we will tell you in advance with a notification in the app, before any charge applies.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the app before they take effect.
