BarberBook — how to delete your account and data

In the app

1. Open BarberBook and sign in.
2. Tap your photo or initials to open your Profile.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete my account, then confirm.

By email

If you can't use the app, email info@barberbook.tech from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my BarberBook account”. We'll confirm within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Straight away: your name, email, phone number, address and profile photo are erased, you are signed out on every device, and your upcoming bookings are cancelled. Your reviews show as “Deleted user”.
• After 90 days: the account is removed permanently, together with your reviews, favourites, notifications and messages. Shop owners' shops are removed too.
• Kept without your identity: a shop keeps the record of visits you made (service, date and price) for its own accounts, with no name or contact details attached.
